Israel Open International Kettlebell Lifting Championship 2018

General: The 3rd Israel Open International Championship 2018 will be held on April 12-13 at the “Beit Danny” Community Center, Semtat Kabir Street, Tel Aviv. The Championship is organized by the IKSF - Israeli Kettlebells Sport Federation in collaboration with the Kettlebell Sport clubs in Israel, and is addressed for athletes who practice competitive exercises according to International Gira Sport Federation ( IGSF) requirements. Our Goalis to expose KettlebellSport to the general public and to determine the professional level of the athletes. We continuously strive to develop a high professional level of our athletes and encourage their further development and involvement in the IKSF. The IKSF sees a great value in building a strong KS community in Israel and its connection to the International community of KS Professionals and enthusiasts worldwide and are looking forward to host athletes from abroad.

Competition Schedule: • 12.04.2018, 17: 00-21: 00 - Registration of athletes, weighing • 13.04.2018, 8:00 – 15:30 - Competition Day

Competition Program: The participants are divided into three categories: -PRO – Classic Events (Women's 16kg, 24 kg - Men's 24kg, 32 kg) - BEGINNER – Classic and folk events with different weight of kettlebells. - TEAM SNATCH–KS Club’scompetition in SNATCH exercise.

Each team consists of 4 athletes, men and women (at least one women athlete in each group). Weight of kettlebell may be different for each athlete in the team. Each athlete has 2 minutes to perform maximum repetition with unlimited hand switch. The winner team will be determined according to the highest total weight lifted by all the team members, according to the KS Snatch technique regulations.

Competition Fee: PRO and Beginner Category – • Local athlete - 190 NIS • International athlete - 60 EUR • Each additional event - 50 NIS (excluding TEAM SNATCH) • TEAM SNATCH - 200 NIS per group Registration and Cancellation Policy: • Registration for participation in the competition is open until 30/03/2018

אליפות ה-3 הבינלאומית הפתוחה 2018 תיערך בתאריכים 12-13.04.2018במרכז קהילתי "בית דני", רחוב סמטת כביר, תל-אביב. התחרות מאורגנת ע"י האיגוד הישראלי לקטלבלס (ע.ר.) בשיתוף פעולה עם מועדוני קטלבלס ספורט בארץ.התחרות מיועדת לספורטאים השולטים בטכניקת תרגילים תחרותיים בהתאם לדרישות IGSF. התחרות תיערך במטרה לחשוף את ענף הקטלבלס לקהל הרחב, לבדוק רמת מקצועיות הספורטאים,לחבר בין הספורטאים ממועדונים שונים בארץ וספורטאים מחו"ל ולשפר רמת המקצועיות של הספורטאים.

תוכנית התחרות :

12.04.2018, 17:00-21:00 - רישום ספורטאים, שקילה

13.04.2018, 8:00 – 15:30 – יום תחרות

המקצים בתחרות מחולקים לשלוש קטגוריות:

- PRO - מקצים קלאסיים (החל מ – 16 ק"ג נשים, 24 ק"ג גברים) - BEGINNER - מקצים קלאסיים ועממיים עם משקלים שונים - TEAM SNATCH–מרתון מועדונים עם תרגיל SNATCH . כל קבוצה מורכבת מ-4 ספורטאים, גברים ונשים (לפחות ספורטאית אחת בכל קבוצה). ניתן להשתמש בקטלבלס במשקלים שונים לכל ספורטאי בקבוצה. כל ספורטאי עובד 2 דקות. החלפת דיים חופשית. הקבוצה המנצחת תיקבע לפי המשקל הכולל הכי גבוה שעלה למעלה ובהתאם לטכניקה המקובלת ב –KS.

PRO, Beginner (ספורטאי ישראלי) 190 ש"ח PRO, Beginner (ספורטאי חו"ל) - 60EUR כל מקצה נוסף – 50 ש"ח (למעט TEAM SNATCH)
